FALL 2025 RECREATION SOCCER

The recreation program will return this Fall for all children! Sign-ups are underway with "Early," "Regular," and "Late" registration periods available. For more details, visit the Program Info page.

PROOF OF AGE REQUIREMENT FOR FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS

All FIRST TIME participants must provide a proof of age document. This is ONLY REQUIRED ONCE in the history of the player in our program. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH PLAYMETRICS BEFORE, YOU CAN RE-USE THE DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE ON FILE!!!! Documents that are allowed are the following:

1. Birth Certificate or copy of birth certificate
2. Uniformed Services Identification and Privilege Card issued by the Uniformed Services of the United States
3. birth registration issued by appropriate government agency or board of health records
4. passport or copy of passport
5. alien registration card issued by the United States government
6. certificate issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service attesting to age
7. a current driver's license
8. an unexpired federal, state or local government identification card
9. certification of a United States citizen born abroad issued by an appropriate government agency
