  • I can't figure out how to register for the program. Can you help?

    Absolutely.  Click the Login/Registration Button on the top right and create a PlayMetrics account.  Once you create that account, review the Tutoial here on how to register for a program

  • Is there a way that I can still register a player for a program after the deadline?

    Unfortunately, after the deadline of the program registration period we cannot accept additional players due to the purchasing of uniforms associated with that program.  We would encourage you to try again the following season.

  • What if I want to register online and pay with cash at registration day or tryouts?

    This option is fine.  You have to get the item in your "checkout" cart by clicking "proceed to checkout" when registering in PlayMetrics.  Once you get it to that point, you can see us in person and make a cash payment.  NOTE:  In person dates are limited and cash payments are not accepted outside those specific days.

  • What is the difference between recreation and travel soccer?

  • How do I accept my position on a travel team, upload birth certificate and select my payment plan?

  • When are my team practices?

    Practices are different for travel and recreation.  Typically recreation practices are all on the same night (1 time) each week.  Travel practices are based on coach availability during the week, and will be communicated after you have been assigned to a team.

  • I'm interested in coaching. How can I apply to be a coach at the club?

    Absolutely!  All you have to do is go to the "Become a Coach" page and apply as a volunteer.  Most coaches start out in the recreation and move their way up to travel/classic!  Follow the link below to begin the process.

  • I don't have any coaching badges or qualifications. Will this disqualify me from coaching?

    Absolutely not!  Coaching badges and qualifications aren't always required to make a great mentor, or coach, so we encourage you to continue to apply for positions wtihin our club.

  • Do coaches get paid for coaching?

    Coaching at the NCYSA/travel/classic level does come with a stipend based on previous coaching experience.  Our recreation program relies solely on volunteer coaches.  Volunteers are always needed in our program, and most recreation coaches get at least one player to play recreation for free!
